Advance Notice Provision
Plaza’s Declaration of Trust
Includes certain advance notice provisions (the “Advance Notice Provision”), intended to:
Facilitate orderly and efficient annual general or, where the need arises, special, meetings.
Ensure that all unitholders receive adequate notice of trustee nominations and sufficient information with respect to all nominees.
Allow unitholders to register an informed vote.
